Welcome to The Chymiak Family Foundation
The Chymiak Family Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”) was incorporated in April of 2010 as an Oklahoma Non-Profit corporation, and began operations at approximately the same time.
The purpose of the Foundation is to honor the legacy of its founders, Ken and Susan Chymiak through charitable giving and for the advancement of education, the promotion of health, and the extension of the influence of religion, which has characterized the lives of Ken and Susan Chymiak.
To fulfill this purpose, the Foundation is dedicated to supporting a wide range of philanthropic and charitable causes, giving preference to nonprofit and other 501(c)(3) organizations which promote the healthcare, education, and humanitarian causes primarily within the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.
