The Foundation will receive and review grant proposals throughout the year. Non-conforming Grants will be returned to applicant organizations only if a postage paid mailer is included with the Grant application for this specific purpose. Grant applications that exceed the Foundation’s maximum planned grant threshold must be approved by the Board of Directors. The Foundation Staff will respond to applicants within approximately sixty (60) days of the Foundations’ receipt of the Grant application. Un-awarded Grant applications will remain on file for five (5) years; however each Grant-award will require an approved Grant application for the Granting year in which it is awarded.
