The Chymiak Family Foundation, Inc., is an Oklahoma Not-For-Profit Foundation, and as such is required to comply with Oklahoma Statutes Title 18 § 1019, and any and all other applicable statutes hereafter enacted. The Chymiak Family Foundation, Inc. is also required to comply with Internal Revenue Code Section 508(e) and all regulations governing 501(c)(3) organizations, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and the Corporation shall not engage in any activity that is not allowed to an organization qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of said Code or such corresponding successor section.
The Chymiak Family Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend its policies governing grants, at any time. Copies of these policies will be made available to recipient organizations.
